The project aimed to improve the online presence of Bimmex, a family-owned BMW repair shop that prides itself on being an alternative to BMW dealerships. Bimmex aimed to provide a luxury feel and high-quality auto repair services that matched or exceeded those of BMW. However, Bimmex's website was slow and resulted in a high bounce rate, which did not reflect its value.
This became the perfect value add for Bimmex to differentiate itself and position itself as a BMW alternative. Thus, we set out to be the most efficient and transparent BMW repair auto shop in the area.
